Stage Objectives
As I step into my internship, I’m excited to dive into real-world experience that will help
me grow both as an artist and a designer. I’m eager to take what I’ve learned and apply it
to actual projects while getting a better sense of what it’s like working in a professional
setting. I want to improve my ability to meet deadlines, work closely with others, and
express my ideas in a clear and impactful way.
My ideal environment would be one where I can get involved in hands-on projects,
whether it’s character design, illustration, or graphic design. I’m looking for opportunities
that challenge me creatively and help me refine my personal style, all while learning the
ins and outs of the industry. I’d love to be part of a team that values creativity and
original ideas, and where problem-solving is part of the process.
I think I’d do well in a studio or agency—no matter the size—that allows me to work on
projects like posters, book covers, illustrations, and maybe even photography. I want to
learn from those who have been doing this for a while but also bring my own fresh ideas
and perspective to the table.
This internship is a big step for me, helping me gain confidence, make meaningful
connections, and figure out what aspects of the creative world resonate most with me.
I’m excited to face new challenges and use this experience to push myself further.
Long-Term Objectives
Looking ahead, my long-term goal is to build a career in branding and design, whether
that’s freelancing, working at an agency, or eventually running my own business. In the
next five years, I see myself really diving deep into branding strategy, refining my skills
in building strong, memorable brands, and learning how to connect those brands with
the right audience.
One of my biggest passions is helping newer artists and designers figure out how to
create their own brands. I’d love to eventually build a platform where I can offer
resources, mentorship, and support to help others navigate the world of personal
branding, marketing, and selling their work. Whether it’s through workshops, online
courses, or creating a community space, I want to help others take their creative work
and turn it into something people truly recognize and value.
In 10 years, I hope to either be leading a creative agency or running my own business,
helping brands tell their stories and make a real impact. I want to continue growing and
learning, whether that means diving into new aspects of branding, exploring digital
marketing, or even working with businesses to help them create authentic, meaningful
connections with their audience.
Even though my career might take me in different directions, my focus will always be on
branding: creating, shaping, and telling stories that matter. I’m excited to stay open to
new opportunities—whether it’s collaborating with bigger brands, working with startups,
or growing my own brand. At the end of the day, it’s all about staying true to what I love
and always pushing myself to grow.
